Check it: "With the recent suspension of several alleged predatory priests (Fr. James Urbanic, Fr. Bede Parry and Fr. James Tierney), the number of Catholic clerics in Missouri who have been publicly accused of sexual misconduct against kids has now topped 90 individuals. Don’t take my word for it. "Here’s how it breaks down, diocese by diocese: St. Louis - 51 accused, Kansas City - 21 accused, Jefferson City - 13 accused and Springfield-Cape Girardeau – 7 accused. The actual number of predators, is of course, almost certainly much higher, since most victims don't report and few who do manage to step forward before criminal or civil statues of limitations expire." In Kansas City this hot mess continues but doesn't seem to rile people up as much as anything regarding The Plaza . . . We have to have our priorities, right?
