	Settlement Expected between Sex Abuse Victim and Minn. Diocese KSTP September 6, 2011 http://kstp.com/article/stories/s2269835.shtml A local attorney says he will announce a major settlement between a sexual abuse victim and a Minnesota diocese Tuesday. Father Joseph Jeyapaul was charged with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old Minnesota girl back in 2004 and 2005. He worked at a church in Crookston at the time. Jeyapaul then went back to his native India. Attorney Jeff Anderson says the woman will get a $750,000 settlement that includes new child protection measures in Crookston and India.
