Abuse victims have criticised the church response system, claiming it has failed to acknowledge their suffering, in a report on the ABC's 7.30 Report.
Geelong-based priest Father Kevin Dillon and others were interviewed on the program about feedback on the Church's Melbourne Response.
"Most of the people I speak to have found it extremely difficult and very challenging and in many cases wish they hadn't been through it," Fr Dillon said.
