The news selected in chapter 4 (most recent articles ordered by keywords) and 8 (older articles ordered by country) are responses or comments on the John Jay report 2: 'The Causes and Context of Sexual Abuse of Minors by Catholic Priests in the US, 1950-2010'.

Chapter 5 contains a response to critics by John Jay researcher dr. Karen J. Terry.

The content collected in chapter 3 is important for the the discussion concerning John Jay report 2: researchers, John Jay report 1, John Jay's review of the literature, sexual revolution / hippies / baby boomers,  diagnosis / statistics, Roman Catholic Church (important documents, et cetera) and sexual abuse by priests (other relevant information).
