Gary Glover says he was molested by a former Porter Gaud teacher, convicted of child molestation in the late 1990's.

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCIV) -- Mount Pleasant Police are looking further into the life of Louis "Skip" ReVille following several allegations of child molestation. The former coach and assistant principal at Coastal Christian Preparatory School was charged and accused of sexually molesting three teenagers.

School representatives say none of the victims are students at their school. But, police are now questioning many of the children or teenagers he came in contact with to see if there could be more victims.

In 1997, a similar case arose when several students accused a Porter Gaud teacher, Eddie Fischer, of child molestation. Originally about a dozen people came forward, but Fischer confessed to molesting more than 40 young boys. Gary Glover was one of the first victims to come forward and go public about his experience. Glover visited our studio Tuesday and opened up about his experience in hopes of helping others.

"Do I speak out in the hopes it helps one person? Yeah. Do I want to be on T.V. talking about this? No," he said. "The problem is, until you are willing to go to the solicitor's office and sign your name, there's really no in between. ...I can still remember the headache I had when I left there. I thought my head was going to blow up."

After all the court appearances and the testimonies, Glover says he still doesn't regret his decision to speak up.

"No, not at all. I probably wouldn't still be here. A therapist said it's like holding a beach ball under water and you can either spend all your energy holding a beach ball under water, or you can let it go. But that's a hard choice," Glover said. "Take care of yourself. Do whatever you need to take care of yourself. If that means telling somebody, tell somebody. If you're not ready, don't. There are different ways of getting help."

Meanwhile, Mount Pleasant Police are still investigating the case against ReVille. Anyone with information should call Mt. Pleasant Police or Crime Stoppers at (843) 554-1111.
