A Pennsylvania lawmaker wants the state Supreme Court to investigate the district judge in the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse case.

District judge Leslie Dutchcot, who set Sandusky's bail lower than what prosecutors asked for, listed The Second Mile as a charity for which she volunteered. Sandusky started The Second Mile, a children's charity, and prosecutors say that's how he found victims. Sandusky was charged in the sexual assault of eight boys.

According to a source close to the case, Dutchcot had only small roles at a few events in 2008 and 2009 -- after Sandusky stopped participating in charity events -- and never talked to Sandusky himself.
