A teenage girl or adult woman who describes an incident of sexual molestation may face the following accusations and judgments: 1. She has questionable motives because she omitted to call the police. 2. She is damaged. 3. She owes the public a roster of names and places. 4. She has deprived the offender of due process. 5. She has used a smear machine against an offender. 6. She is immature. 7. Sexuality is confusing. 8. There are no clear cut rules. 9. Everyone makes up their own standard of what they consider right and wrong behavior. 10. She has mistakenly assumed that the offender automatically understood her personal standards. 11. The offender was unaware that his behavior offended. 12. The offender was unaware of his own offending behavior. 13. A minor should tell a middle aged offender in a power position to stop his offending behavior. 14. The offender was momentarily overwhelmed by physical attraction to a minor. 15. She will cause pain to the offender's wife and family. 16. She should ignore the physical appearance of the offender (which is helpful to maintain stereotypes). 17. She should avoid telling her story because her story might draw comparisons to a national politician who stands accused of a similar offense. 18. She sent inappropriate signals to the offender. 19. She was angry because the handsome offender rejected her inappropriate signals. 20. She should understand that her failure to stop the offender at the moment of his offense gives the offender's superiors the right to abrogate their duty to stop the offender from future offenses against her or other victims. 21. She should complain in person rather than in writing because a letter is passive. 22. Her mother and father were 'bad' parents for failing to intercede on her behalf. 23. She should always travel with a female friend to avoid these situations. 24. She expects to be treated like a Princess like she was treated at home. 25. She should have filed police charges without consulting an attorney. 26. She seduced the offender and then cried foul when the offender accepted. 27. She waited too long to go public so she should stay quiet. 28. She has no proof or corroborating evidence. 29. She is a representative of the left. 30. She intends to remind us what predatorycads men really are. 31. She is confused. 32. She is self-serving. 33. She is expected to yield results if she is going to tell her story. 34. She should provide explicit details to the public as a litmus test of whether the offense was bad enough. 35. She just wants to vent. 36. She must have worn tight clothing. 37. She is a woman of loose morals. 38. She should be grateful that the offender touched her breast to see if she were pregnant. 39. It matters whether girls are attractive or plain (but neither is good). 40. She is delusional and is projecting/creating a fantasy about her own sexual attractiveness. 41. Her claim is automatically suspect because others may have made false claims. 42. She wants to disrupt the school. 43. She wants attention. 44. Media should avoid covering claims or stories of sexual molestation - especially conservative media! 45. Sexual molestation has nothing to do Islam (at least this list is Sharia-compliant). 46. She has psychological problems and repressed memory syndrome. 47. If she were truly naive and innocent, she would be unable to judge sexual molestation. 48. She must have escalated the conversation, in which case, the offender's superiors have the right to ignore the offender's sexual molestation. 49. If one or more women corroborate her story, those women are girl gang members. 50. If one or more women corroborate her story, those women are lying to hurt innocent men. 51. She must personally know all of the other victims, and she must organize the victim group into a lobbying group. 52. Her story is bogus because neither the offender and superior are around to defend themselves. 53. Her story is bogus because the offender has no defense against her charges. 54. Groping is not that bad. 55. Foreign men grope - so it must be ok. 56. Fraternity boys grope - so it must be ok. 57. Sexual molestation is a personal rather than a political issue. 58. Sexual molestation does not merit national discussion. 59. She or her parents should file a lawsuit to encourage other victims to come forward. 60. Other people have real or worse problems. 61. She is whining and asking for pity. 62. Offenders are jerks - just ignore them. 63. It is patriotic for victims to avoid reporting sexual molestation because it might enjoin a national debate that distracts from the real issues. 64. She was not criminally molested because of a lack of pervasive and repeated conduct. 65. She might prove Unlawful Sexual Contact if she could prove that the offender did what he did for sexual gratification. 66. She is remarkably more sensitive and self-involved than other people. 67. She is too late to make a public complaint. 68. She has no point to make a public complaint. 69. She is looking for public revenge. 70. She is looking for private revenge. 71. She should just deal with it. 72. She should just stay away from the offender. 73. The public is tired of hearing about these cases. 74. She is just trying to make a lawsuit. 75. Victims with worse cases deserve to have a lawsuit.
