COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- David Gibbs is an attorney for the Hilltop Baptist Church in Colorado Springs. He attended a service at the church Sunday and addressed allegations that a teacher at the Hilltop Baptist School had a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old student.

"Obviously, these are serious allegations being treated seriously. All are looking forward to the legal process, where they'll be able to tell their side of the story," says Gibbs.

Terah Rawlings, 32, is accused of having an on-going sexual relationship with the boy from late 2007 through mid-2008.

Three other people including the church's senior pastor, associate pastor and the school's principal were arrested on charges of failing to report the alleged relationship.

FOX31 DENVER went to Rawlings' residence. Nobody answered the door.

Churchgoers coming out of Sunday's service refused to say much. A court of law soon hopes to get answers to plenty of questions.
