Pennsylvania court officials on Tuesday postponed by a week a preliminary hearing for former Pennsylvania State University football coach Jerry Sandusky, accused of child sex abuse.

Meanwhile, attorneys for two former Penn State officials accused of covering up allegations of sexual abuse have requested additional documents from the state's attorney general in preparation for their own preliminary hearing, on Dec. 6. Mr. Sandusky has been charged with 21 felony counts involving sexual abuse between 1995 and 2009, including eight counts of indecent assault. He has denied the charges.
