BLOUNTVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Former priest William Casey was sentenced to 35 - 40 years in prison on Wednesday, with a recommendation that the 78 year-old serves 30 percent of that.
William Casey was convicted in July of Aggravated Rape and Sexual Misconduct charges, dating to when he was a priest at St. Dominic's Catholic Church in Kingsport in the 1970s.
