A West Michigan pastor accused of sexually assaulting a boy years ago made a plea to a judge Monday.

Tedd Butler faces charges in Kent and Ottawa Counties. In Kent County Monday, Butler pleaded guilty to one count of fourth degree criminal sexual conduct, other charges were dismissed.

The 46-year old is charged with first degree criminal sexual conduct against a boy back in the 1980's. The victim testified in September that Butler took him to church and the Butlers' family farm. That's where he says he was sexually assaulted. He also said he and Butler slept naked in the same bed.

Butler faces two years in prison and a fine of up to $500. He is also facing a second degree criminal sexual conduct charge in Ottawa County involving a 2006 incident with a five year old boy. Butler is expected to enter a plea in that case Tuesday.
