SAN DIEGO (CNS) - A former Las Vegas-area pastor accused of sexually assaulting at least three young girls in his congregation waived extradition to Nevada Friday and will be returned there to face assault and child abuse charges.

Otis Henderson, also known as Otis Holland, had been the subject of an international manhunt since June 2010 and was featured in the Jan. 20 episode of the television show, "America's Most Wanted."

After the show aired, authorities received a tip from a viewer that Henderson might be living in Tijuana.

Baja California state police found him outside a house where he had been living in Tijuana's Zona Norte, and he was taken into custody.

Henderson, 55, was turned over to U.S. Marshals at the border at San Ysidro Wednesday just before midnight.

On Friday, San Diego Superior Court Judge David Szumowski ordered Henderson held without bail, pending his extradition to Nevada.

Officers from Nevada will travel to San Diego to pick up the defendant before Feb. 16, said Deputy District Attorney Sylvia Tenorio.

Police in Henderson, Nev., said the defendant targeted troubled teens who came to him for counseling at United Faith Church, which he founded. He allegedly sound-proofed a room in his home and videotaped his victims.
