Court Annuls Priest Grassi's House Arrest

A court ruled that priest Julio Cesar Grassi should not remain under house arrest and ordered his release, thus annulling a previous ruling by another court. Grassi was sentenced in 2010 to 15 years in prison after a court found him guilty of charges including aggravated sexual abuse. Before the house arrest ruling in March, Grassi was free but was banned from visiting the Felices los ninos foundation, where the sexual abuses allegedly took place, and is not allowed to leave the country
