Ronita McAfee, who allegedly slept with Craig Lamar Davis, a married pastor of a Full Gospel Baptist church in Atlanta, Georgia, accused him of spreading HIV. According to McAfee, a former ex-girlfriend of Davis called her to inform her that Davis gave her HIV, the virus that causes AIDS.

According to the Christian Post, police arrested Davis last month, on July 22, for alleged reckless sexual conduct after spreading HIV to other women.

McAfee stated that she met Davis on Facebook and later ended up in a sexual relationship with him. After a one of his former girlfriends contacted her and told her that he gave her HIV, she confronted Davis about it and he encouraged her to get tested, but told her it would not kill her and suggested to her certain drugs she could take to avoid the infection.

Later, another woman stepped forward, claimed that she was celibate for 15 years before meeting Davis, slept with him, and he gave her HIV.

However, he never stated if he ever went for testing to see if he has HIV, according to the Christian Post, but McAfee told Black Media Scoop that she tested negative.

When McAfee learned that she contracted the virus, she reportedly sought the help of authorities to issue a warrant for Davis' arrest. While McAfee filed for Davis' arrest in Clayton County, Ga., a woman who was a part of the pastor's congregation stepped forward to prompt an investigation after she allegedly engaged in intercourse with him after being celibate for 15 years.

McAfee wrote blackmediascoop.com, stating that her intentions were to warn people that Davis might be HIV positive, adding, “Mr. Davis shows no regard for the human life as it relates to his HIV positive status and having sexual contact with men and/or women. This email is only for informational purposes and to let the people of the church know because it is alleged that Mr. Davis has been sexually rampant in the church.”

She then continued, “Mr. Craig Lamar Davis is a master manipulator: women have bought him cars, relocated and purchased homes under the impression that he was going to marry them, bought him countless suits and accessories (i.e. watches, ties, jewelry, shoes, etc.), given him their food stamp cards every month as if he's entitled, depleted their checking and savings account on his behalf, etc. and he expects nothing less. He lurks at the church for his prey for some odd reason or another.”

In addition, according to McAfee, even after his arrest, Davis continued to insist that he is not HIV positive, but a District Attorney allegedly confirmed that Davis tested positive. She also stated that Davis received a $30,000 bond and his wife got him released by paying the bond.

She also alleges that two men claim that Davis gave them HIV.

According to Black Media Scoop, Davis gets off easy, while McAfee “is attacked on Facebook”, for sleeping with the married pastor.
