A former altar boy is slated to return to court to testify in a second priest-abuse trial in Philadelphia.

The 24-year-old says he was raped as a boy by two parish priests and his sixth-grade teacher. He's spent much of his later life addicted to drugs, but his lawyer says he's recovering.

Update, 10 a.m. The trial has been postponed after a lawyer in the Philadelphia case had a death in the family. The Rev. Charles Engelhardt and Bernard Shero are due back in court Friday to get a new trial date.

The other person accused, defrocked priest Edward Avery, is in prison after pleading guilty to sexual assault.

Lawyers in the case cannot comment because of a gag order.

The young man also testified at the recent trial of Monsignor William Lynn. Lynn was convicted of endangering the boy by keeping Avery at the parish despite an earlier abuse complaint.
