The Johnstown Altoona Diocese says it received reports that a Franciscan Brother had inappropriate contact with minors in the 1990's. We spoke to the Attorney for some former Bishop McCort Athletes who have been calling saying they are concerned since the report....

The NCAA has decided to bank 12 million dollars in fines paid by Penn State University as a result of the Jerry Sandusky scandal. Court documents show that the association won't spend the money in the immediate future.
