A suit will be filed in Bucks County Court Wednesday against the Philadelphia Archdiocese, the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa, in Doylestown, and its priests, the Pauline Fathers, alleging that the organizations allowed a priest to escape back to Poland after a Bucks County woman reported that he sexually assaulted her during a retreat.

According to a press release from the woman's lawyers, Marci Hamilton and Daniel Monahan, the woman went to a retreat event at the Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa with her husband, where the couple met Father Marek Lacki.

Father Lacki "obtained their trust," the release says, then "lured" the woman for pastoral counseling and sexually assaulted her.

The press conference is scheduled for 1:30 p.m.
