This article is about another school shooting. I find it unsettling to be calling this “another” school shooting as if we shouldn’t be surprised it’s happening again. There have been too many of these happening and it needs to be put to an end.

A 12 year old boy from Nevada went to his school, Sparks Middle School where he threatened and wounded to peers and also killed a Teacher. After committing those horrible acts he then shot himself in the head. It was noted that he got the gun from home but was not stated if the gun had been securely put away or he had easy access to it. If so the parents could be facing serious charges. It is also unknown why he decided to come to school with a gun and having the intention of using it. There is too much unknown in this case and it just scares me, if we can’t start getting to the bottom of why children are thinking this is the answer its going to stay as a repetitive scenario among America.

I personally can’t get over the fact that this child was 12 years old. It makes me wonder what have the parents been up to and if they are even active parents in their child’s life. This stuff should not be happening and you wonder where does this all begin. And did this child see all the social media that came from other school shootings that it lingered in his mind. So many questions and little answers.
