A Brooklyn man oddly named Lemon Juice wants Twitter and Blackberry to disclose the identity of a person who operated a Twitter account in his name in 2012, resulting in Juice's arrest when a photo was tweeted of a sex-abuse victim in court. The case against Juice was dropped.

The 32-year-old is seeking a court order compelling Twitter and Blackberry to disclose the identity of the person who operated a Twitter account in his name in 2012, when Juice was falsely arrested and charged with contempt for tweeting a photo of a sex-abuse victim testifying in court.

A Brooklyn man named Lemon Juice is putting the squeeze on Twitter and Blackberry.

The 32-year-old with the odd appellation is seeking a court order compelling the social media network and the smartphone maker to disclose the identity of the person who operated a Twitter account in his name in 2012.

That's when Lemon Juice was arrested and charged with contempt for tweeting a photo of a sex-abuse victim testifying in court during a high-profile trial.

Prosecutors dropped the case against Juice last month after evidence emerged that someone else was operating the account. Juice suspects a man named Moses Klein of the frame-up.

He wants Twitter and Blackberry to confirm the identity of the tweeter so he can slap Klein with malicious prosecution, conspiracy to interfere with civil rights, fraud and other claims, according to court papers filed Friday in Brooklyn Supreme Court.

Juice says Klein is an “aid, driver and right-hand man to Rabbi Zalmen Leib Teitelbaum," an influential leader of the Satmar sect.

He says Klein supported sicko Nechemaya Weberman and posted the photo of the female accuser to humiliate her.

Weberman was convicted and is now serving a 50-year prison sentence.

“Lemon Juice simply wants to find out who framed him,” lawyer Solomon Antar said. “Twitter and Blackberry are the proper parties who can answer this question.”

Juice said the tweeter should face criminal charges. “The person who framed me is walking around untouched,” he said.

Jay Schwitzman, a lawyer for Klein, declined to comment.
