James Irvin, 57, of Bluefield, W.Va., has been accused of sexual abuse in the past — 20 years ago in Texas.

Irvin is charged with 10 counts of sexual abuse and five counts of sexual assault against three young victims.

The complaint states the alleged sex acts were performed under the guise of Pagan/Wiccan rituals, of which Irvin is a follower.

A sicko calling himself a “magical warlock” allegedly sexually abused several children, authorities in West Virginia said, using his Wiccan religion to trick the youngsters into sexual acts.

James Irvin, 57, of Bluefield, abused children as young as 3, 9 and 13, according to court documents, the Bluefield Daily Telegraph reported.

He was arraigned on five counts of sexual assault and 10 counts of sexual abuse.

The practicing Pagan/Wiccan pervert, police said, used his religion to get close to the children, two of whom lived in Irvin’s home with their parents in 2007 when the abuse occurred, WVVA-TV reported.

He told one of the girls the sex act, which he described as

“magic,” would “make Mommy well,” according to a criminal complaint.

The mother, too, told the girls that they had to complete the sex acts for her.

One girl was sexually abused at least once a day for two weeks, the news station reported.

Irvin told the third victim, a friend of the family, that performing the disgusting “magic” sexual acts would “make her recently deceased father come back,” court documents show.

She was abused at least four times, according to the documents.

The deviant "warlock" allegedly has struck in the past. Authorities in Texas said Irvin was accused of sexually assaulting his stepdaughter in 1994. He fled to West Virginia before facing charges, according to WVVA.

He’s held in lieu of $100,000 bail.
