Pope Francis sums it best in this phrase: “The corruption of the powerful is paid by the poor. There are three types, three groups: the corrupt politician, corrupt businessman and the corrupt clergy. All three hurt the innocent, the poor, because it is the poor who pay for the festivities of the corrupt! The bill goes to them”.. Pope Francis is quite right because these three groups are the three sides of the Vatican Pyramid that runs the Vatican State and the secret Vatican Swiss Banks and the Vatican Concordats.
