Newschannel 3 has uncovered new information in the case of a former Christian radio host charged with having sexual contact with a child.

John Balyo, a former on-air personality at Christian radio station WCSG was charged with two counts of felony criminal sexual conduct on Monday.

Police say his victim is a 12-year-old boy.

Federal officials confirmed that Balyo had been renting a storage unit in Plainfield with some disturbing things in it.

When searching the unit, police found kids clothing, duct tape, handcuffs, and chains.

They also found children's obituaries, and body parts from a mannequin.

Wednesday, Newschannel 3 obtained court documents that give more detail on what Balyo is accused of doing.

Police officers testifying to a judge gave disturbing details from their investigation about why they needed to arrest John Balyo.

They said Balyo took his victim to a hotel room at the Fairfield Inn in Battle Creek.

"During this time at the hotel room, the victim did state that John Balyo did have him perform oral sex on John Balyo," the officer testified. "And during this time when he was performing oral sex on John Balyo, (Balyo) was rubbing [...] his body."

We know from Balyo's arraignment on Monday that the hotel meeting happened on May 17.

Also in court documents, police say Balyo admitted his guilt.

"John Balyo did advise that he in fact did have sexual contact, being oral sex, and the fondling of (the victim) at the Mariott Hotel room on Beckley Road on the above date and time," the officer testified.

Balyo is accused of using another man who was arrested in the case, Ronald Moser, to arrange the meeting at the hotel.

Moser has been charged in federal court.

There could also be federal charges coming for Balyo.
