In one of the largest settlements nationwide, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Santa Rosa is paying three-point-five million dollars to a teenager who was molested by a Lakeport priest. The settlement was announced late yesterday, and is the final one in a series of sexual abuse cases in the diocese that spanned over twenty years.
