Cardinal Raymond Burke is living in the Medieval Ages when  in1302, Pope Boniface VIII decreed his monarchial ex-cathedra Papal Bull  Unam Sanctam (Latin for "I believe one ").   Here are excerpts:

"We declare, say, define, and pronounce that it is absolutely necessary for the salvation of every human creature to be subject to the Roman Pontiff.” 

 

The 21^st century Irish people just defied this Papal Bull and demonstrated very clearly –––  that they do not believe that it is absolutely necessary for their salvation to be “subject to the Roman Pontiff” ––– especially regarding their sex life, and now, their gay marriage. 

 

So as usual, it is Vatican diplomacy for Cardinal Burke to thrash and condemn the Irish as “worse than pagans” ––– meaning that they are not-Catholics because they are “not committed to the care of Peter and his successors and they must confess that they are not of Christ's sheep”.  Cardinal says it for the Irish that they are as excommunicated for they are worse than pagans aka non-Christians aka no religious affiliation.   

 

Here is the basis of Cardinal Burke’s ‘divine right’ from the same Papal Bull(shit).  “And to the Church and the Church's power the prophecy of Jeremiah attests: "See, I have set thee this day over the nations and the kingdoms to pluck up and to break down and to destroy and to overthrow, to build and to plant."  This power of the Church aka Pope aka Vatican “to break down and to destroy and to overthrow” kingdoms or nations ––– is vanishing rapidly ––– ever since Amnesty judged the Holy See guilty and the United Nations brought the Vatican aka Holy See to trial and found it guilty of clergy sexual abuse of minors aka its bestial heinous JP2 Army – John Paul II Pedophile Priests Army. (Read more in the links below).  The Vatican Church’s power over the nations is now more on its control of the wealth of   despots and politicians and the 85 richest people on earth via its Vatican Swiss Banks run exclusively by Swiss Huard Army alumni.  That is why Pope Francis could broker the USA-Cuba normalization ––– he was able to bribe the politicians involved and President Obama named and thanked him alone in his speech.  That is what “to build and to plant” nations mean today.
