One of the alleged victims in Geronimo Aguilar sex abuse trial took the stand Tuesday.

She broke down in tears when she was asked to point out the former Richmond Outreach Center pastor.

The woman alleges Aguilar began touching her inappropriately when she was just 11-years-old.

She told the jury, “Geronimo would lay next to me and he would be hard.”

Aguilar was the youth pastor at her church in Texas back the 1990s.

The alleged victim says her parents allowed Aguilar to live with her family, even share a bedroom with her and she claims the touching turned to sex on Halloween night in 1996 when she was 13.

“I was laying in my bed and Geronimo came in and we had sex for the first time,” said the witness.

She told the jury soon they were having sex in the Texas church, the church van and in the pastor’s office.

She says she never told anyone back then because Aguilar made her feel special.

“He was the cool guy,” she said.

She says she decided to come forward when she learned of allegations of sexual abuse within the ROC church.

Aguilar maintains he’s innocent and during opening statements, the defense revealed today the former Richmond pastor will take the stand to testify on his behalf. Defense attorneys also claimed child protective services investigated those allegations of an inappropriate relationship with a girl in Richmond and determined they were unfounded.

The trial resumes tomorrow at 10 a.m. EST.
