An 82-year-old Anadarko pastor had his bond vacated Friday after five more counts of sexual abuse involving four alleged young victims were charged.

Marion Milton-Otis Toehay Sr. of Carnegie received two counts of first-degree rape by instrumentation of a victim under 14 and three additional  counts of lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16 in Caddo County District Court, records indicate. The five new charges are on top of 10 counts of lewd acts with a child  allegedly committed every Sunday for two years in the church study  that were filed Sept. 14. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison for each count.

The new charges followed an Oct. 5 prosecutor's request to endorse additional witnesses. Toehay is newly accused of improprieties with four other children dating back to 2001. Dates for the older charges are from within a one-year-period.

Both rape counts stem from alleged incidents that took place in a van at an Anadarko convenience store parking lot. One incident involved a 5- or 6-year-old in 2000 or 2001 and the second with a 9 or 10-year-old between 2010-2011, according to the charges. The child in the second incident was also impetus for one of the lewd acts charges.

One of the allegations of lewd acts involved an 8-year-old child in 2006 and another was with another 9- or 10-year-old child.

Toehay was arrested Sept. 13 after a 7-year-old girl and her grandmother reported he'd molested the girl while at church at Washita Full Grace Church that morning, along with two other grandchildren. The grandmother told investigators that Toehay has been a close family friend  she's known him her whole life and he served as pastor at the church, according to the court affidavit.

The grandmother said Toehay had asked if the children could help clean his offices. According to the affidavit, the grandmother went into his office and he was in his chair and the girl was between him and his desk. She said she heard Toehay tell the girl to "hurry up, hurry," and when she approached, he began apologizing. The grandmother said she then discovered her granddaughter's shorts and underwear were pulled to her thigh. She took the girl from the church to the hospital and reported the incident. The girl was taken to OU Children's Hospital for a forensic interview.

During her interview, the girl said that "Brother Milton" had placed his hand on her where she was uncovered and rubbed her. She said he'd been doing this "every Sunday since she was 5 years old," according to the affidavit.
