Still held on $200,000 bond-but attorneys for a Williamstown youth pastor want that bond reduced.

But at a hearing Thursday afternoon, Circuit Judge Robert Waters recused himself from hearing the bond reduction requested by Stafan Deliramich's attorney, citing a conflict of interest.

That bond was set by Wood County Magistrate Robin Waters after Deliramich's arrest April 15.

He's accused of communicating with a minor, sending that individual pornographic videos..

But Assistant Prosecutor Pat Lefebure indicated that person may not be the only alleged victim.

"There are an additional five or six juveniles who have gone through the forensic interview," Lefebure responded to Judge Waters, "and a couple still set to be interviewed."

At the time of his arrest, Deliramich was a youth pastor at the First Baptist Church in Williamstown, and a girls soccer coach.

He is charged with use of obscene matter with intent to seduce a minor.

.

A Wood County Grand Jury has not yet taken up the case.

Another bond reduction hearing will have to be set, in front of a different judge.

Waters, however, could hear the case again, once there is an indictment.
