Under intense scrutiny for how she handled the fallout of the Larry Nassar scandal, USA Gymnastics CEO Kerry Perry has been forced to resign, according to multiple reports.

The Orange County Register broke the news late Monday, citing pressure from the U.S. Olympic Committee over her multiple missteps since taking the job nine months ago. ESPN and USA Today confirmed The Register’s report.

Perry will be officially removed on Tuesday, according to The Register.

Perry’s forced departure comes days after Mary Lee Tracy was asked to resign as USAG’s elite development coordinator three for inappropriately contacting Aly Raisman, a survivor of Nassar’s sexual abuse. Raisman, a three-time Olympic gold medalist, blasted USAG for hiring Tracy, who had been on record defending Nassar as stories of his history of serial sexual abuse were made public.
