Well-known Boston Attorney Mitchell Garabedian, who represents sexual abuse cases, holding a news conference in Erie to discuss his client's settlement. His client was allegedly abused by now-former Reverend David L. Poulson.

Mitchell Garabedian discussing the $2 million settlement his client reached with the Catholic Diocese of Erie for the abuse his client suffered as a minor.

The conference starting shortly after 11:30 this morning as attorney Garabedian made his appearance via Skype to discuss the settlement reached between his client and the Erie Catholic Diocese.

His client, which he referred to as John Doe, was not in attendance. The victim was a minor child at the time of the abuse. As of right now, Poulson is currently pleading guilty to counts of corruption of a minor, endangering the welfare of children, and molestation.

The allegations go back as far as when the former priest and convicted pedophile was assigned at Saint Michael's in Fryburg and Saint Anthony in Cambridge Springs between the years of 2002 to 2010.
