Saturday sexual abuse victim Ricahrd Brownell and his wife held a news conference in front of the Diocese of Buffalo offices to talk about his being abused years ago by Father John Aurielio.

A law suit has been filed according to attorney Mitchell Garabedian:

Richard Brownell says that all priests who have abused children should be tried and convicted.Brownell says he was introduced to Aurielio by Father Bernard Mach.

The lawsuit alleges that the Diocese and the two churches involved did not do enough to protect the children who were abused
