	Priest Pleads Guilty United Press International June 2, 1989 A suspended Roman Catholic priest Friday pleaded guilty in Washington County Court to charges of sexually abusing an altar boy. The Rev. Richard Zula, now of Westmoreland County, had faced 138 separate charges. But his defense reached a plea bargain with Washington County prosecutors similar to a Somerset County agreement reached last month in which Zula pleaded guilty to lesser charges. The district attorney has recommended Zula serve 2 to five years in prison plus five years probation.
