	Parents Sue Convicted Priest Wisconsin State Journal December 17, 1994 The parents of a 13-year-old boy filed suit against a Catholic priest who was sentenced earlier this year to 12 years in prison for molesting their son. The suit was filed Thursday in Milwaukee County Circuit Court against the Rev. Dennis A. Pecore, the Society of the Divine Savior religious order and Jordan House, a supervisory care facility for elderly priests and brothers where Pecore served as live-in coordinator. The suit claims that the Society of the Divine Savior and Jordan House were negligent for continuing to employ Pecore in a position of trust and authority, failed to adequately supervise him and failed to warn the boy's family about a previous sexual assault conviction against the priest.
