CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - After 18 months of litigation, Bishop Guertin High School has settled one of its sexual abuse lawsuits.

The victim was sexually abused by Brother Roger Argencourt at the school more than 30 times in the 1970s, Attorney Peter Hutchins said.

Lawyers called it a significant settlement but would not disclose the amount. Bishop Guertin still faces 14 additional sexual abuse cases.

Argencourt died last year of natural causes. Before his death, he admitted in court documents to molesting pupils at a Rhode Island high school.
