	Pastor Resigns from Our Lady Dallas Morning News February 7, 2005 ROCKWALL - The Rev. William "Bill" Richard announced yesterday his resignation from Our Lady of the Lake Church, making him the second Dallas Catholic Diocese priest in a week to fall in connection with sexual misconduct allegations. He said he was leaving to bring "peace and reconciliation" to the parish. DMN IN GRAND PRAIRIE ... Dallas Bishop Charles Grahmann asked parishioners at Immaculate Conception Church yesterday to forgive the Rev. Matthew Bagert, who four days earlier was arrested on charges of child pornography possession.
