  Dallas Diocese Abuse Cases

The diocese has paid an estimated $38.5 million to people who have accused priests and other employees of abuse. Much of the money went to victims of imprisoned ex-priest Rudy Kos.

They won a judgment of nearly $120 million in a 1997 trial but later settled for about one-fourth of that amount.

Former priest William J. Hughes

The Rev. Patrick J. Lynch

The Rev. Emeh "Anthony" Nwaogu

Former priest Robert Peebles

The Rev. Kenneth Roberts

Claims are pending involving:

The Rev. Thomas Behnke

The Rev. Flanagan

Former child care worker Julio A. Marcos

The late Rev. Henry McGill

Father Roberts

Claims are expected involving:

Former child care worker Patrick Willhoite
