Post-Standard (Syracuse, New York)
June 25, 2005

The trial of a Cortland County priest accused of sexually abusing at least eight girls will move forward.

Lawyers for the Rev. Thomas Keating withdrew a motion Friday to stop the sex abuse case based on a technicality.

Keating's last appointment was as pastor of Most Holy Rosary in Maine, Broome County. He is accused of abusing several teenage girls during the 1980s.
