Im Zeitraum von 2004 bis 2013 seien 848 Priester in den Laienstand zurückversetzt und 2572 mit anderen Strafen belegt worden, sagte Vatikanbotschafter Erzbischof Silvano Tomasi bei der Erörterung eines turnusmäßigen Berichts vor dem UN-Antifolterkomitee am Dienstag in Genf.
