Summary of Case: Joseph C. Kremer was ordained for the St. Cloud MN diocese in 1969. In addition working in parishes, Kremer was Vice-Rector and Procurator of St. John’s Seminary in Collegeville, and he held the diocesan position of Censor Librorum. He died in 1992. Kremer’s name was included on the diocese’s list released January 3, 2014 of clergy involved in incidents of likely claims of sexual abuse of minors.
