Former Pastor in Baltimore County Arrested on Sex Offense Charges
A 37-year-old former pastor has been charged with multiple sex offenses, according to WBAL. Walter Sevillano was arrested following an investigation by the department’s Crimes Against Children Unit.

Police allege that the abuse occurred between 2023 and 2025. Sevillano served as a pastor at Iglesia Cristiana Sanidad Divina, a church located at 3000 Baybriar Rd, Dundalk, MD 21222. Authorities believe the incidents took place both at the church and at Sevillano’s home in Baltimore County.
Detention and Ongoing Investigation Into Accused Pastor
Sevillano is currently being held at the Harford County Detention Center. Detectives have stated that more victims may be involved and are urging anyone with information to contact Baltimore County police at 410-887-7720.
