An Indianapolis pastor is facing charges after allegedly sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl

Olman Amador, 40, has been charged with two counts of child molesting and two counts of confinement where the victim is under 14 years old.

According to court documents, the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS) Central Intake Unit received a report on Sept. 23, 2025 alleging that a 14-year-old girl was a victim of sexual abuse by Amador.

Court documents say Amador is a pastor at Iglesia Pentecostal Vida Y Esperanza. Before this, documents say Amador worked as a pastor at Iglesia Pentecostal Divina Trinidad #5 on Indianapolis’ east side, which is where the alleged sexual abuse took place.

Amador told police that the church’s central location in Georgia sent him to Indiana to open Iglesia Pentecostal Divina Trinidad #5.

Court documents say Amador knew the victim because her family had attended the church.

Documents say Amador sexually abused the victim two different times.

Court documents say the first incident happened when the victim was helping Amador at the church three years ago, and the second incident happened this year when Amador picked the victim up and drove her to the bus stop.

In an interview with police, Amador allegedly denied all allegations of sexually assaulting the victim.

According to court documents, Amador told police, “any teenager can say anything, but that doesn’t mean it is true.”

Court documents say Amador denied ever being alone with the victim and denied inappropriately touching the victim in any way.

Documents say investigators spoke to witnesses and one of the witnesses told police they saw the victim crying and asked her what was wrong and the victim told the witness what Amador did to her. Documents say when the victim and witness confronted Amador he responded saying, “You do not have proof,” “You don’t have proof, show me proof” and “You didn’t have proof, only God, you and I are the ones who saw, no one else saw.”

Court documents say the victim told the witness she had remained quiet for the last two years for two reasons: because Amador had asked her for forgiveness and because the victim cared for Amador’s children.

Amador was booked at the Marion County Community Justice Campus.

13News reached out to Iglesia Pentecostal Divina Trinidad #5 and they confirmed that Amador was a pastor for the church, but didn’t comment on anything else.
