Fr. John Lloyd Caskey
Caskey admitted in late 2007 to writing “inappropriate letters” to an 18-year-old male who had reported them to police in 9/2007. Resigned from his parish. Not placed on leave by the Diocese until 1/2008 when he was arrested and charged with possessing child pornography; police found the child porn on his computer during its investigation of the letters. Pleaded guilty in 8/2008. Sentenced in 5/2009 to 1 month in prison and 5 years probation.
