Teacher and administrator at Delbarton School 1977-1987. Parish priest. Named in five lawsuits in 2015 against Delbarton (a prep school for boys grades 7-12), St. Mary’s Abbey and The Order of St. Benedict among five priests who allegedly sexually abused Delbarton students 1972-1984. Per St. Mary’s Abbey, the complaints “are not new.” In 2012 the plaintiffs’ attorney filed one lawsuit putting all claimants in a multi-plaintiff complaint. It was dismissed. Named in 7/2020 lawsuit(s) filed under the NJ Child Sexual Abuse Act. In 7/2020 Fox was “believed to be dead.” A new suit was filed in 12/2020.
