Named publicly as accused by the Omaha archdiocese on its list 11/30/18. Per the NE A.G.’s report in 11/21, a priest reported to the archdiocese that, when he was a teenager, Gaughan sexually abused him multiple times. Gaughan left Omaha in 1999 for the Diocese of Mandeville, in Jamaica. He died in 2009.
