Fr. Lawrence E. Gregovich
Gregovich was forced to retire in 1992 over allegations that he sexually abused at least three boys 1982-1985, while pastor of Immaculate Conception in New Madrid. The parents of one boy came forward in 1992. Gregovich died 2/2/2017. A new complaint of abuse occurring in the late 1970s-early 1980s was announced by the Diocese in 5/2017. Included on the Diocese’s list 11/19/2017.
