Ordained in Spain. Arrived in L.A. in 1974. Accused of abuse of a minor 1976-1979, per archdiocesan report. Sued in 12/2003. Archdiocese investigated and said no grounds to remove. Remained active priest. Per SNAP (Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests), may have had ties to Mexico.
