Deacon at St. Teresa of Avila in Ross. The diocese acknowledged publicly in 7/2019 that Miller was suspended in 2018 after an allegation of “inappropriate contact of a minor” in 2016. He allegedly kissed a minor girl. Investigation delayed due to Miller’s “grave health issues.” Miller denied the allegation. Case sent to the Vatican for review. Included on the diocese’s list of accused.
