Deacon Cletus J. Rausch
Rausch was a Christian Brother (FSC) prior to being ordained for the permanent diaconate in 1993. He was a high school teacher and principal beginning in 1966 in Westchester IL, Stevens Point WI, St. Paul MN, Minneapolis MN, Randolph MN, Winona MN, Fargo ND. In 1985 he was appointed executive assistant to Fargo’s Bishop James Sullivan. Named publicly as accused by the Diocese of Fargo on its list 1/2/2020. Allegations substantiated. Removed from ministry.
