Ordained for the permanent diaconate in 2019. Assigned to Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Brooklyn since his ordination. Also worked at St. Agatha’s in Sunset Park (8/1/2020-6/30/2023) and St. Catharine of Alexandria in Borough Park (6/30/2023-11/1/2024). On 10/14/2025 Bishop Brennan announced that Rodriguez had been removed from ministry due to a credible allegation of sexual misconduct with a minor, occurring about 20 years prior. The Diocese received the allegation 7/15/2025.
