The Albany Police Department has arrested 75-year-old Bienvenido Lopez of Albany, a local pastor, in connection with a sexual assault investigation.
Lopez is pastor at Iglesia Fuente Inagotable on Herkimer Street. He is charged with multiple counts of rape in the 1st degree.

Detectives from the Albany Police Department’s Children and Family Service Unit are actively working to determine whether there may be additional victims.
