WACO, Texas (KXXV) — A jury has returned with a verdict of guilt on all counts in the 19th District Court trial for a former Waco priest accused of sexual assault.
Following an indictment in 2024, Anthony Odiong faced three counts of second-degree felony sexual assault.
Prosecutors have said evidence proves he fathered a child with one of his accusers.
Odiong served as a Catholic priest at St. Peters Catholic Student Center in Waco, and St. Mary’s of the Assumption in West from 2007 to 2012.
